Macedonia. CPT Emini is from Skopje (that’s pronounced “Skopiya) the capital where I was stationed for six months. He works with Mike Biankowski in FUOPS in the C3. Note that the Macedonian Army has adopted the name of “Ranger” for their elite infantry units as well!!
